👋 Hi, I’m Sarah. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Cannabis Consultant specializing in ingestible cannabis with a special focus on beverages. My background in clinical nutrition, food safety, and label interpretation allows me to help consumers understand what’s actually in their products, how they work, and how to use them safely. I also work one-on-one with adults looking for clear, judgment-free support around nutrition and cannabis. 

Cannabis beverages are entering the market faster than consumer education and safety standards can keep up. My goal is to bridge that gap, offering clear guidance for consumers and informed consultation for brands who want to get it right.
